How do I make payments and when is my tuition due?
All payments are processed online through the SMARTCARE app using credit cards and ACH transactions. Tuition is due Monday of each week. All accounts are required to be on autopay. Payments run automatically through the SMARTCARE app with the selected payment option.
What is your teacher/student ratios?
We pride ourselves in having lower ratios than what the state requires.
Young Preschool: 10:2
Older Preschool: 15:2
How do I receive communication?
We use Tadpole app. The app allows you to receive center updates, daily sheets, and pictures of your child throughout the day.
Are Meals Included?
Yes, price includes breakfast, hot lunch, and snacks. You may bring your child their own lunch if they have special dietary needs. We are a NUT FREE center, so please do not send your child with any nut products.
Can my child bring their own lunch?
Yes, but you must follow the below guidelines.
We are a NUT free facility, so no nut products.
Do not pack food and drinks that are high in refined sugar, sodium, and additives. * No sodas.
Please limit “fast food” at lunch to special occasions or special needed items.
Please pack “blue ice” or an ice pack in your child’s lunch to keep it from spoiling.
Children over 18 months of age must not pack microwaveable meals. Food will not be reheated.
Children over 18 months are not permitted to have a bottle while in care.
Children in the Kings Court Wing are not permitted to have a sippy cup in care.
Glass Bottles cannot be used without a Silicon Sleeve Protector.
What are you doing to keep my child safe during COVID?
We follow all Texas Health and Human Service Guidelines for Childcare Centers. In addition, we do daily temperature checks, wash hands frequently, social distance, and are doing curbside drop off/pick up.
